Big Rock Resort features the only truly lakefront cabins in June Lake, CA. We have 8 fantastic cabins to choose from that accommodate individuals, couples, families, family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. Including 1, 1 bedroom cabin (4 guests maximum), 6, 2 bedroom cabins (6 guests maximum) and 1, 3 bedroom cabin (8 guests maximum).  You can also book the entire resort for any event including weddings, corporate retreats and church retreats. With our 8 cabins we comfortably have accommodations for 32 guests with a maximum of 48 guests. Contact us for full resort availability. Full resort buy outs are not available mid June to mid August.

ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING! Have flat screen TV's, WiFi, picnic tables, charcoal BBQ's in the summer (please bring your own charcoal or you can purchase in our store), full kitchens with basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker with filters, salt and pepper, all towels, sheets & bedding. Disposables like paper towels, plastic wrap and foil are not included. Please bring all of your own personal items including a blow dryer if needed.

ONLY cabins #6 and #7 are dog friendly (with a $35 per night fee). ONLY 1 dog is allowed per cabin. We do not allow cats.

The online calendar will open approx. 11 months out as we allow our current guests to keep their reservations year over year if they choose. If the dates you are looking for are blocked we are either sold out or the calendar has not opened for your dates.

We are open from the last week in April for Fishing Opening Day AKA Fishmas until the last Sunday in October. All cabins are considered "housekeeping" Cabins. 

​

A Housekeeping cabin means that your towels are exchanged daily if you choose, no daily maid service, please do your own dishes and take out your trash.

Fisherman's Special - May, September and October  - Your 14ft fishing boat rental is complimentary during your stay in one of our cabins! Check your confirmation email for your coupon code. ***No BOAT RENTALS from October 30th until the Monday after Fishmas (Last Saturday in April)***

Cabin 1 – 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom (both with tub shower combo) accommodating 6 guests comfortably with a maximum of  8 guests, NO DOG CABIN. Queen, 2 twins, Queen and Futon pull out. 

Cabin 3 – 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (tub shower combo) accommodating 2 guests comfortably with a maximum of  4 guests, NO DOG CABIN. Queen, and Couch pull out.

Cabins 4-9 – 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom (stand up shower) accommodating 4 guests comfortably with a maximum of  6 guests, Queen, 2 twins, and Futon pull out in the living room. All cabins are duplex's, 4&5 in 1st building, 6&7 in 2nd building and 8&9 in 3rd building. Each 2 bedroom cabin has a private bathroom and living area. However, each duplex does share a wall and a deck. We do not guarantee that you will be in a specific cabin. We reserve the right to move your cabin based on our calendar and our no gap policy. ONLY CABINS 6&7 are DOG FRIENDLY with $35 per night fee plus tax.

DOG POLICY - At Big Rock Resort we have a few rules regarding your stay with your dog for your, your dog and our other guests comfort.

1. Dogs may not be left in your cabin for any length of time.

2. You may not leave your dog tied up on your deck.

3. You must commit to being a good dog owner which includes cleaning up after your dog and respecting our property and our other guests.

4. Your dog must have social skills and be happy around other dogs, cats, children of all ages and lots of new people.

5. If you are in a no dog cabin you may not allow other guests to allow their dog into your cabin.

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY- Guests reserving multiple cabins will be subject to a non refundable deposit at the time of booking or pre-booking for the following year.

3-4 cabins $500 ,5-6 cabins $750 , 7-8 cabins $1000

Cabin Guests receive a discount on all boat rentals except Pontoon Boats during their stay. Please use the coupon emailed in your confirmation when making your boat reservation. Also, you may bring your own boat! Cabin guests receive 1 complimentary boat slip spot per cabin during their stay. When you make your cabin reservation please let us know what size and type of boat you are bringing and we will save you a great spot!

*Please remember that we do not employ a full time receptionist. It can take up to a week to return all calls and emails. Sending several emails and leaving several voice messages only slows us down. Please be patient and we will return you message. Thank you!

***Tips for using our online calendar***

1. You can sort by cabin size or a specific cabin to see the availability

2. Restrictions apply- We always have a 2 night minimum but in the summer it is 3 nights and the 3 bedroom cabin is a 4 night minimum

3. We don't offer a wait list

4. If the price for a cabin is not visible then it is already booked. Our rates start at $235 per night plus resort fee ($25) and Mono County Tax (12%)

5. No Gap Policy - We will not leave a 1 (2 in summer) night gap in between reservations especially in the summer. We may need to ask you to move your reservation or add nights to accommodate this policy. 

6.If the dates you are looking for are blocked we are either sold out or the calendar has not opened for your dates.
