The Big Rock Resort Marina is the premier destination for vacationers and fishermen in June Lake, California. Our marina opens up on the first day of fishing (aka Fishmas) always the last Saturday of April and remains open through the last weekend in October.

***No BOAT RENTALS from October 31st until the Monday after Fishmas (Last Saturday in April)***

 

We have a store stocked with bait, tackle, snacks, beverages and gifts.  As a customer, you’ll have full access to our beautiful grounds.

Below you’ll find all the rates for full day, half-day and multiple day rentals for our boats. Cabin Guests enjoy 20% discounts on all boat rentals and complimentary boat launch and slip space. Please ask for the Cabin Guest Rate when you make your boat or slip rental reservation. If you have any questions regarding our fees for the marina, please email us at info@bigrockresort.net  We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Launching of boats and kayaks is now complimentary but we do charge $20 for parking per vehicle per day. There is free parking across from the Fire Station and at June Lake Beach or you may walk to Big Rock Resort from your camping site or lodging location after you launch for the day.

Reservations are highly recommended especially for the pontoon boats. The 2024 Season will open online in March!

Our Fleet includes 4 Pontoon Boats, 1 17 ft V-hull with Canopy, 4 16ft Flat Bottom Boats, 10 14ft V-hull Boats, 4 Stand Up Paddle Boards, 4 2 Man Kayaks, and 2 1 Man Kayaks.

You must be 18 years old with valid DL & CC to rent and or drive our boats.

You must be 21 with valid DL & CC to rent and or drive our Pontoon Boats.

All guests must sign the legal waiver to drive and/or rent boats at Big Rock Resort. Please click on the link that is texted to you.

Children under 12 years old must wear a life jacket.

Life jackets are required for all guests renting our stand up paddle boards and kayaks.

Beaching Big Rock Resort Boats is Prohibited.

All Motor Boat rentals include gas, seat cushions and life jackets.

Cabin Guests do receive a 20% discount on all boat rentals during their stay. Please ask for the Cabin Guest rate when making your reservation.

As well, cabin guests receive 1 complimentary boat slip spot per cabin during their stay. When you make your cabin reservation please let us know what size and type of boat you are bringing and we will save you a great spot!

Boat Cancellation Policy -

From the time you book your reservation until 7 days before you arrive: $25. A refund will be processed to your card on file minus $25

From 6 days until 2 days before your arrival: 50%. A 50% refund will be processed to your card on file.

From 1 day before your arrival until the day of your reservation: 100%. No refund available.

* Any reservation cancelled by Big Rock Resort will see a refund in full. We do reserve the right to suspend operations due to wind, thunder and lightning.

Parking and Launch Policy- 

Parking and launching for cabin and slip guests is complimentary.

Parking is complimentary for boat rental guests. 

Launching of your watercraft is $20.

Parking is $20 per vehicle for anyone not renting a cabin, boat or slip. Free parking is available across the street from the fire station for or launch only guests.

Beach Use Policy-

We have 2 beach areas at Big Rock Resort. 

Big Rock Beach is located North (to the right if facing towards the lake) of the gangway.

Launch Ramp Beach is located next to the launch ramp.

The area that is blocked off from the sea wall to the first row of docks is strictly forbidden to access for any reason. 

Jumping off the docks at Big Rock Resort is STICTLY FORBIDDEN! There are cables and chains under the water that you can not see. DO NOT JUMP!

BIG ROCK BEACH and the Grass Area is for the exclusive use of Big Rock Resort Cabin and Boat Rental Guests (limited to the number of guests that the boat you have rented accommodates....example: If you rent a 2 person fishing boat then 2 guests may use the beach for the duration of your rental time.)

LAUNCH RAMP BEACH may be accessed by non cabin or boat guests with a $10 per person day use fee and includes parking.

Big Rock Resort reserves the right to limit launching, parking and day use passes at anytime to ensure that cabin and boat guests quality of experience is preserved.
