Cabin 1 is our three bedroom housekeeping, non-smoking, no pet cabin and is attached to the main building that sits on the shoreline of June Lake, accommodating up to eight. The master suite has a queen and a full futon sofa sleeper, with a private bath that has a tub/shower, a queen bedroom, and the third bedroom has two twins, the second bathroom also with a tub/shower it is centrally located off the hall, fully appointed kitchen, living/dining room with a TV & DVD, outside we have a area set up with a picnic table and BBQ along with a view that you can enjoy every moment, and only steps to our marina where your boat awaits you. Our nightly rate Memorial to Labor Day weekend is $315, our off season nightly rates is $265, and our winter holiday nightly rate is $350. Cabin 3 is our one bedroom housekeeping, non-smoking, pet friendly cabin that stands alone on the shoreline of June Lake, accommodating up to four. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a attach bath that has a tub/shower. The living/dining room has a full futon sleeper sofa a comfortable reading chair along with a TV & DVD. Our fully appointed kitchen has all your basic needs and has a convent door that leads you outside were you will find a small porch, BBQ, picnic table,(not available in the winter months) and a view that is breath taking, from their you only have steps to our marina where your boat awaits you. Our nightly rate Memorial to Labor Day weekend is $200, our off season nightly rates is $165, and our winter holiday nightly rate is $225. Cabins 4-9 are our two bedroom housekeeping, non-smoking cabins that are nestled in the pines, two cabins per building, each accommodate up to six. They each have a queen, two twins, one shower bathroom, fully appointed kitchen, Full futon sofa sleeper in the living/dining room with a TV & DVD, along with a fireplace, a connecting deck with BBQ & picnic table (Not available in the winter months). A few more steps get you to our marina where your boat awaits you. Our nightly rate Memorial to Labor Day weekend is $225, our off season nightly rates is $185, and our winter holiday nightly rate is $250. Please note - Cabins 4&5 NO PET and Cabins 6-9 Pet Friendly with a nightly fee of $15 In the winter the picnic tables and BBQ's are not available in any of our cabins due to the large amount of snow that we get. Cabins 1, 4, 5 are NO PET cabins. Please do not book these cabins if you may be bringing a pet with you. Cabins 3, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are pet friendly with a maximum of 1 pet per cabin. All pets must be pre approved before your arrival the nightly pet fee is $15 per night. No pet may be left in your cabin unattended for any length of time.
